Abigail Church, known as Abby, is a vibrant and self-taught artist from Tampa, Florida. Since she could hold a crayon, Abby has been creating art, starting with intricate and personal cards for birthdays and holidays. At just 14, she designed her own logo, which became synonymous with her pseudonym, Batsnail, thanks to the support of her family and friends. Abby’s passion for art is evident in every aspect of her life, and she continually finds opportunities to enhance her skills.
In recent years, Abby’s artistic repertoire has grown significantly. She has expanded her talents from drawing and card-making to portraiture, illustration, lettering and calligraphy, digital art, décor, and even the traditional Ukrainian art of Pysanky. After graduating high school, Abby decided to transform her passion into a side business, with aspirations to further develop her craft and possibly attend art school. Her journey reflects her dedication and the boundless creativity that she brings to every piece of her work.
